A jeweller's hands setting a diamond at the Silvee atelier in Kathmandu

About Silvee

Heirloom pieces,
handcrafted in Kathmandu.

The story

A small workshop. A simple promise.

Silvee started in a small workshop in Kathmandu, where every piece passed through the same set of hands — from raw silver to finished jewellery. We never wanted to add layers between the bench and the buyer. So we didn't.

Today, we work directly with the workshops that make our pieces — no agents, no distributors, no middlemen. It's why our diamonds are SGL certified at honest prices, and why our silver carries the in-house guarantee our team puts in writing.

We're not the biggest jewellery brand in Nepal. We don't want to be. We want to be the brand you trust enough to recommend to your sister.

Our promise

Four things we put in writing.

SGL certified diamonds

Every diamond ships with an independent SGL certificate. Verifiable online. Always.

Honest buyback

Exchange any diamond piece any time. In writing. No expiry.

Handmade in our atelier

No factory line. Each piece is shaped, set and finished by hand at our Kathmandu workshop.

Made in Nepal

Designed, crafted and finished in Kathmandu. Supporting Nepali artisans for every piece we ship.

Our process

From sketch to keepsake.

01

Sketching the design

Every piece begins as a pencil sketch — the proportions, the stone placement, the curve of the band. We refine until it earns its place.

02

Casting and forming

92.5 sterling silver or 14/18k gold-plated silver is cast in our workshop, then hand-formed into shape by our master jewellers.

Setting the stones

Every diamond is hand-set under magnification. Each stone is independently SGL certified before it ever reaches the bench.

04

Polishing & finishing

Hours of careful polishing turn a rough cast into the soft, mirror-bright shine you'll wear for decades. Plating goes on last.

Final quality check

Two team members inspect every piece — for setting tension, finish, weight, and certificate match — before it ships out.

Our commitment to honesty

We promise only what's ours to certify.

Silver

92.5 sterling, backed by our in-house guarantee. No formal hallmark — we don't believe in promising what isn't ours to certify. But every piece is guaranteed in writing.
