Overview
We accept six payment methods. All transactions are encrypted; we never store your card number on our servers.
Honest note: our payment-gateway integrations are still rolling out. For prepaid orders right now, we'll WhatsApp you a payment link after checkout. Or you can place the order on COD and switch any time before delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay the courier in cash at your doorstep — anywhere in Nepal. No advance payment, no online step, no extra fee. Once the order is placed, we WhatsApp you with the dispatch update; you pay when the package arrives.
If you change your mind and want to switch to a prepaid method (e.g. for the convenience of a friend / family member receiving the order), just reply to our WhatsApp message any time before shipment.
eSewa
Nepal's most-used digital wallet. After checkout, we send a payment link over WhatsApp — pay from your eSewa balance, and we dispatch the order. Confirmation takes seconds.
Khalti
Pay from your Khalti wallet or via Khalti's mobile-banking gateway. Same flow as eSewa — payment link via WhatsApp, instant confirmation.
Fonepay
QR-based payment that works from any Nepali bank app (NIC Asia, NMB, Nabil, Himalayan, etc.). Scan the QR we share over WhatsApp, approve in your banking app, and we dispatch.
Credit / Debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
For card payments, we share a secure payment-gateway link via WhatsApp. The page hosting that form is operated by a Nepal-licensed payment provider (Himalayan Bank / NIC Asia / NMB) and is PCI-DSS compliant — your card details never touch our servers.
Bank transfer
For larger custom or bridal orders, you can transfer to our business account. WhatsApp us first so we can match the transfer to your order; we share the bank details over the chat. Dispatch follows transfer confirmation.
Cancellation & refunds
For prepaid orders, refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the piece being received and inspected (for returns) or order cancellation (before shipping). For COD, no refund mechanic is needed — you simply don't pay if you cancel before delivery.
Security
- The site uses HTTPS (TLS) end-to-end.
- Payment forms are hosted by the payment provider, not by us — we never see your card number.
- Our database stores only the payment method and a transaction reference, not the credentials.
- Admin access is bcrypt + JWT, with 24-hour-expiring sessions.
